The Role:
- Handling all aspects of HR from assisting with recruitment through to terminations.
- Must have the ability to choose and/or design and implement new systems and processes, and take on projects to ensure the HR area is managed in an efficient manner.
- Maintain the information on a personnel system on a daily basis, ensuring everything is up to date at all times.
- Working with Department Managers and the Finance Team to ensure payroll information is accurate.
- Working with the Senior Team, the need to challenge and suggest ideas on employee welfare and involvement.
- The Company is also keen to get involved in local community projects and this role will be key to achieving this.
The Person:
- Must be a people person with a bright personality to fit with the team.
- Able to work on own initiative and come up with ideas on improvements.
- It is important to gain respect and build relationships throughout the organisation.
- Someone who likes variety in their job, thrives on challenge and to see results would flourish in this role.
- Must have great communication skills, orally and written.
- Must have English GCSE minimum, ability to produce high standard documents and letters etc.
- Must have a basic knowledge of Employment Law, although for more critical or complex situations, there is support in this area from an external source.
