The Company has exciting and ambitious plans for the next few years. As part of their growth strategy, they are investing significantly in innovation and brand, including plans to build a dedicated NPD kitchen and commercial suite facility. They are now looking for an experienced and driven Senior Brand Manager to help shape and lead this journey.

Overview: This position is suitable for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of the strategy and drive growth against the product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this is a key position that will shape how the business is positioned in the market – from consumer insight through to retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept through execution and evaluation.
  • Manage NPD pipeline in collaboration with the product development team, from concept through to launch.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Analyse campaign performance, providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Operations, to ensure brand consistency and commercial alignment.
  • Collaborate with NPD to produce market leading and innovative products for the brand.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of marketing activity.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with external agencies (creative, PR, media) and suppliers, maintaining high standards of creative output.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online advertising.
  • Ensure all brand communications adhere to company vision, values, and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for the Head of Commercial and CEO.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Brand Manager or similar role, ideally within FMCG.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with confidence in interpreting data and performance metrics.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing budgets.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
