Scientist/Senior Scientist – UK

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of display campaigns

Optimize display systems and screening workflows

Support development of antibody assessment tools

Collaborate with internal teams to advance pipeline projects

Mentor junior team members and support lab infrastructure

Coordinate with external partners on tech transfer and project execution

Key Requirements

Ph.D. in a life science field with 2+ years of industry experience, or M.S. with 4+ years

Strong background in antibody screening

Strong communication and team leadership skills
