Job Overview
- Lead programs aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and prepare and analyze departmental budgets.
- Work efficiently to establish a culture that guarantees all levels are carrying out their responsibilities utilizing standard work by using Lean Six Sigma.
- Encourage and carry out associate development initiatives to improve each associate's proficiency with Lean principles and frameworks.
- Make sure that problems obstructing the manufacturing flow are promptly resolved.
- Throughout weekly production, support cross-site outcomes in the performance evaluations of different production lines.
