Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain tariff and contract structures (OKP, VVG) for inpatient and outpatient billing
- Support the setup and optimisation of performance and service recording systems
- Ensure correct and compliant billing within the hospital information system (HIS)
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Participate in system changes, upgrades, and rollout activities
- Provide second-level support during office hours
- Contribute expertise to cross-functional ICT projects
Key Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally within the insurance or healthcare environment, or (para)medical training with a strong administrative focus
- Solid understanding of healthcare billing and administrative processes
- Confident IT user with strong Excel skills; experience with SAP IS-H is an advantage
- Structured, reliable working style with attention to detail
