Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and manage Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops)
- Enhance and support software distribution processes with Ivanti DSM
- Oversee and optimize Microsoft Intune for effective endpoint management
- Maintain a stable and high-performing workstation infrastructure
- Streamline and automate deployment and configuration workflows
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support and troubleshoot endpoint management issues
- Lead migrations and updates for workplace services
- Develop and update technical documentation, and provide training for users and IT teams
- Assess emerging technologies to drive continuous improvements in workplace solutions
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in administering and configuring Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
- Proficient in software distribution through Ivanti DSM
- Skilled in Powershell scripting
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server), including administration and security management
- Familiar with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Entra ID
- Experience with M365 and Microsoft Intune
- Basic knowledge of network architecture, VPNs, and security
- EU citizenship
