Proactive monitoring and management on all client cases from start to finish with the aim of achieving efficient start to finish processs that contribute to internal process and external client experience.
Regular (minimal tri-weekly) direct client updates of ongoing cases (business, death cases and any other complex admin request such as DOA/Stock transfers).
Preference is phone call to build client relations, unless client specifies email.
Completion of client tracker and this is kept fully up to date.
This is the ultimate priority.
