Assist Resourcing are looking for an experienced Branch Manager in Worcester. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in recruitment management, branch development and sales.
As Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the Worcester branch, driving new business growth, client retention, and branch profitability through a high-performance sales culture. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role requiring a proven biller who can win new clients, grow accounts, and lead by example, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance in a fast-moving temporary recruitment environment. You will have a full, clean driving licence and your own transport for travel between client sites.

This role would suit someone who is confident dealing with a variety of different types of people from Operational Managers to Candidates and everyone in between. The role will develop and change with the right person, but to begin, you will be responsible for:

- Branch leadership and performance
- Operational and compliance excellence across all supply
- Client & stakeholder management
Working Hours:
Normal working hours would be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday; however flexibility is required for the needs of the business and the clients supported.
