Window Installation Teams Needed Mid & North Wales (Ongoing Work)
We're looking for experienced window installation teams to support a growing programme across Mid and North Wales, rolling into South Wales as work scales. This is labour-only install work with a steady pipeline, not one-off jobs.
The Opportunity
- £110 per window / £130 per door (labour only)
- Typical teams earn £800 - £1,200+ per week depending on output and workflow
- Weekly pay (no paid-when-paid delays)
- 100 - 300+ units available across the programme
- Initial start in 12 weeks
- Phase 1: ~5 weeks
- Phase 2: ~15 weeks+ ongoing
The focus is to build a small number of reliable teams and keep them consistently busy as volumes increase.

What We're Looking For
- Established window installation teams (2 & 3 man teams preferred)
