Our Client requires a Groundworks Works Manager to join a Construction Company based in the Midlands Area. The ideal candidate can be located anywhere from the Midlands or the South Coast due to work being nationwide. Staying away as and when will be needed. This position is available for a January Start. Working with a Friendly Company, constantly expanding, with a brilliant variety of projects. This is also a great opportunity for someone looking for progression and move into a higher position within the company.
As Works Manager, your duties will include:
- Overseeing up to 5 Projects at any one time.
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of a Groundworks Project.
- Daily Operations + Team Leadership.
- Safety and Compliance.
- Resource Management.
- Leading the Team.
- Working closely with the Project Management team and contractors.
- Hitting Deadlines within Budget.
- Ensure Standard of work is at a high quality.
- Quality Control.
- Completing Relevant Paperwork.
