Fabricator / Welder – Permanent, Full-Time – Wakefield
Mission Resourcing are supporting a well-established, growing metal fabrication business on the hunt for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join their workshop. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in solid craftsmanship, has the mechanical know-how to get the job done, and isn\’t afraid to put in a hard day\’s work.

The Job
Day-to-day, you\’ll be fabricating and welding stainless steel and other metals to produce precision parts and assemblies. Expect to:

Fabricate and assemble heavy-duty metal components

Carry out strong, consistent welds (mainly MIG, with some TIG/STICK)

Work from technical drawings and blueprints

Measure, cut, and shape material accurately

Check the quality of your work before it leaves the bench

Keep the workshop safe, clean, and efficient

Work as part of a team that gets the job done
What We\’re Looking For

Proven experience in welding and fabrication (sheet metal a bonus)

Confident with MIG/TIG/STICK and fabrication tools

Mechanical mindset – able to problem-solve on the go
