Water Metering Site Supervisor to join a busy and personable team. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations on Smart Water Metering Contract across Essex and/or Suffolk. This position is paying an annual salary of Β£35,000 - Β£45,000 per annum DOE. Working hours are Monday - Friday (occasional evening or weekend visits may be required).

Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of smart metering installation teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations, including the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA)
  • Monitor the quality of installation works, conduct audits and inspections, and ensure any non-conformances are addressed and closed out promptly
  • Act as a site-level point of contact for customer queries, complaints, or access issues
  • Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and support operational teams in the field
  • Maintain accurate site records, safety checks, and daily progress updates
