About the Role
Were seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our office-based team. Youll be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, introducing our services, and booking high-quality sales appointments for our field sales team. Your ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls to generate interest
- Engage confidently with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and match them to our solutions
- Book qualified sales appointments
- Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up activity
- Work towards achievable weekly and monthly targets

- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous telesales or appointment-setting experience is beneficial but not essential but you must have some phone sales experience
