Project Manager required for leading fit out / refurbishment contractor covering fit out projects in the hospitality industry based out of Wakefield.

The Project Manager will ideally come from a fit out / refurbishment background, ideally working within the hospitality industry with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over.

Previous experience within hospitality, retail, commercial, fast track fit out sector would be a major advantage.

The Project Manager duties will be but not limited to:

  • Managing multiple projects
  • Client facing
  • Overseeing trades / subcontractors
  • Dealing with health and safety
  • Necessary paperwork
