An exciting opportunity working for a growing MGA insurer joining their underwriting operations team. Hybrid working, 2-3 days in their London office, salary up to £120k + bonus & benefits.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5 years Operations experience in the London Insurance Market
- Excellent management & leaderships skills with the ability to direct, motivate and develop your team
- Effective Relationship & Stakeholder Management (Internal & External); and
- Advanced Excel & Power BI skills
THE ROLE:
You will work alongside the Head of Ops leading the day-to-day work performed by the Underwriting Operations Team. You and your team will continuously develop and improve key Operational systems, processes and controls, lead and manage operational change initiatives across departments.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience, particularly in Lloyd\’s & Syndicate operations.
- Strong knowledge of the Lloyds Market and managing agency systems.
- Ability to direct, motivate and develop people to continually strive for better results
- Excellent Microsoft Office (particually Excel) experience and PowerBI.
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills.
