The Trainee Estimator / Quantity Surveyor should already have a foundational set of knowledge and credentials in quantity surveying as a graduate with ideally between 1-3 years working as a junior or assistant estimator / surveyor with a degree in Estimating / Quantity Surveying (desirable). For the Trainee Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, they will consider someone with no experience who has just qualified with a construction / Estimating or Quantity Surveying degree or someone pursuing a career as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor.
