Join our successful international client in the next phase of their UK expansion as Technical Estimator. We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in a commercial environment, with excellent customer service skills and some experience of working with REVIT MEP, 2D CAD systems or similar.
You will prepare, process, and submit quotations from customer enquiries from catalogue & bespoke product ranges. As Estimator, you will own and manage your own quotes, updating records and liaising with internal & external teams ensuring the client's requirements are met.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure all key information is obtained in order to offer a suitable solution for the client project.
- Ensure that the correct pricing standards are adopted for the appropriate client / project.
- Provide excellent customer service, being helpful, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Ensure all opportunities for cross-selling are achieved.
- Strong understanding of commercial estimating.
- Numeracy and analytical thinking.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience of Revit or 2D CAD systems or similar.
- Possess energy, drive, ambition.
- Positive work ethic and a keen attention to detail.
- Salary will be 30-31K (depending on experience).
- 28 days holiday plus bank.
