We are working with a growing renewables business in South Wales that is bringing experienced solar teams in-house to support a strong pipeline of domestic and commercial projects. This is a full-time employed role for an established 2-man team - not subcontracting, not ad hoc work.
What's on offer:
- ~£45,000 basic per person
- ~ Performance bonuses taking earnings to £55k - £65k+

- Battery / energy storage certification
- Strong standards - clean installs, no call-backs
- Professional on-site attitude
