Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities- Managing project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts
- Working closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Preparing and evaluating tenders, contracts and variations
- Providing cost advice and value engineering options
- Maintaining accurate financial reporting throughout the build lifecycle
- Supporting smooth and professional client interactions
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in high-end or high-spec residential construction
- Strong skills in Quantity Surveying, cost management and budgeting
- Knowledge of modern construction methods and building regulations
- Experience in project management and contract administration
