Location: Hayes, Bromley
A conference and banqueting venue is looking to recruit a Food Beverage Supervisor to take on a supervisory role across all bars and conference rooms. This will involve overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of all events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the objectives set by clients or management.
The Food Beverage Supervisor must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lead the event / banqueting setup and takedown processes
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from participants
- Opening and closing procedures, including security and cleaning
- Liaise, as applicable, with outside contractors as well as with internal suppliers
- Leading and coordinating event staff in an efficient way
- Managing cash handling and cash reconciliation
- Contribute to training and development of the team
- Assist the line Manager in quality control of all supplies, including food, drinks/beverages, hygiene and health and safety
- Key holder for the building and lock/unlock the building as required
Food Beverage Supervisor skills:

- Previous events / banqueting experience
