Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Specialist to join a growing legal function and support their business across a varied portfolio of B2B commercial contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded contracts professional looking for a varied, business-facing role with genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make an impact.
Location: Fully Remote (requirement to attend the office for initial training)
Salary: £45k - £50k

Working closely with Legal Counsel, you'll take ownership of day-to-day contract matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice to stakeholders across the organisation. As the Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating B2B contracts with customers, suppliers and partners.
- Managing NDAs, confidentiality agreements, renewals, amendments and variations.
- Identifying contractual risks and recommending practical solutions.
- Advising on key provisions including liability, indemnities, warranties, IP, confidentiality, data protection and termination.
- Providing clear contractual guidance to non-legal stakeholders.
- Supporting IP, licensing, content rights and compliance matters.
- Maintaining contract templates, clause libraries and contract records.
- Supporting contract lifecycle management and improvements to legal processes and technology.
