Take responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes within the service Work with your manager to develop and grow the service Youll need to be an experienced Deputy Manager / Supported Living Manager / Service Manager of a regulated care service before - such as a care home or supported living service. Youll be driven by a passion to deliver services for people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities that are truly-person centred and make a difference to peoples lives. Youll be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of CQC standards, and legislation relevant to managing social care.
