One Way is looking for an organised and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our busy recruitment and sales team. This is an important role within the business, supporting consultants with recruitment delivery, candidate management, administration and compliance processes while helping maintain a high level of service to both clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will be confident communicating with people, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and motivated to develop within a growing recruitment business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting the recruitment and sales team with day-to-day operations.
  • Speaking with candidates and clients by phone and email.
  • Assisting with filling live vacancies.
  • Sourcing and registering candidates.
  • Managing compliance and right to work documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and database updates.
  • Handling incoming calls and general office administration.
  • Supporting consultants with recruitment coordination and candidate management.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Be reliable, professional and proactive.
  • Be comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
