A growing, RIBA Chartered architectural practice is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their team. You will work across a varied project portfolio including heritage, healthcare, commercial and residential schemes, with plenty of new projects in the pipeline. This is a great role for someone who wants real responsibility, variety, and the chance to work through all RIBA stages in a supportive, collaborative environment.
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Delivering projects from concept to completion (RIBA 1-6)
- Producing drawings, visuals, models and technical details
- Using Revit + AutoCAD daily
- Coordinating with external consultants
- Supporting project leads and contributing to design development
ABOUT YOU
- ACIT / MCIAT (or working towards)
- 3+ years experience in an architectural practice
- Strong technical detailing + analytical skills
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations + planning procedures
- Confident communicator with strong written English
- Highly organised, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Freehand sketching/model-making skills are a bonus
