Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham. Your role:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Handling a broad range of residential property transactions

- Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE

- Be comfortable managing a varied and busy caseload independently
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
