Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for internal and external users.
Deliver engaging online and in-person training, acting as a subject matter expert for the core product suite.
Develop and administer competency assessments to ensure effective software adoption.
Provide tailored training support for new client onboarding, go-lives, and ongoing continuous improvement plans.
Collaborate with sales account management to deliver high-impact software demonstrations and workshops.
Proactively manage your own backlog of work and organise time effectively alongside the wider team.
Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as a corporate trainer, technical trainer, or clinical educator, ideally within a Saa S environment.
Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), screen-recording, and video editing tools.
Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Knowledge of healthcare workflows and relevant regulations (e. g., GDPR, consent, permissions) is desirable, though not essential.
A collaborative, self-starter mindset with strong organisational abilities and adaptability.
Willingness to undertake regular business travel for onsite training and go-live support.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and willing to undergo a basic DBS check.
