We're looking for an experienced Senior Engineer who wants to take a step into a more office-based, senior technical role without losing touch with engineering delivery. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer or senior technician who enjoys solving technical problems, reviewing designs, and supporting project teams - and is now looking to apply that expertise in a more strategic and advisory capacity. You'll act as a trusted technical authority, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing senior-level technical advice and guidance across multiple projects
- Reviewing and approving designs, drawings, reports, and technical documentation
- Acting as a go-to point for complex technical queries and problem-solving
- Supporting collaboration between site teams and office-based stakeholders
- Helping to improve processes, standards, and best practice across the business
