Salary/Rate: £13.50/hour

Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of closure liners and flexible packaging for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health care, personal care, household and industrial applications.

Laminator Assistant Main Duties:

  • Staging raw materials reels and adhesives
  • End-of-shift cleaning
  • Cleaning as required, instructed by lead operator
  • Loading completed reels onto stillages
  • Loading raw materials onto the unwinders
  • Joining materials
  • Charging of electric trucks
  • Emptying waste bins, general waste, hazardous waste
  • Gathering empty stillages
  • Storage of completed stillages
  • Sourcing stationery items (tapes, pens, flags etc.)
  • Monitoring production quality
  • Assisting the Lead Operator as required

Training will be provided to the suitable Laminator Assistant candidate.

Follow a 3-rotation shift pattern: Early (6am - 2pm), Lates (2pm - 10pm), Nights (10pm - 6am) Mon-Fri.

Laminator Assistant Rates of Pay: £13.50 per hour, Overtime Rate £14.00 per hour. Paid weekly and immediate start. This is a temporary to permanent position for the successful candidate.
