We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service. This role focuses on supporting a small number of individuals within the community and is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships.

Package: £13.60ph days / £15.08ph waking nights, 2030 hours per week, mainly evenings and weekends.

Ongoing training and development, small supportive team, opportunity to grow with the service, holiday cover available, stable long-term role.

Requirements:

This is a community-based role supporting across BA9, BA4 and DT9 postcodes. Regular travel between visits is required. Travel from home to first visit and last visit home is considered standard commute.
