We are seeking Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to support our clients' pivotal projects. This role is instrumental in delivering end-to-end commercial and cost control services for transformational projects that support the UK's energy transition and Defence strategy.
Projects can be either Nuclear, Carbon, Renewable Energy, Power, Net Zero, Transmission & Distribution or within Defence. All positions are working on a hybrid basis (3 days a week client site).
Any Defence project requires UK SC Clearance to be held. BPSS will be required for Energy projects.
Energy project locations: Manchester / Stockton / York / Leeds
Defence project locations: Manchester / Bristol / London
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle cost management across project lifecycles—from tendering and procurement through to contract negotiation, cost control, and final.
