Service Manager Supported Living - Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs br br Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below. br Are you an experienced Care Manager / Service Manager / Deputy Manager with a background in managing care services for adults with learning or physical disabilities with complex care needs? This is a charity who pull out all the stops to ensure that people they support are able to lead full and flourishing lives. br br Salary and Benefits br Β£33,841 per annum br 25 days leave plus bank holidays which increases after 5 years service br Occupational sick pay scheme (after probationary) br Employee assistance and well-being programme, br Rewards and recognition scheme Gift Vouchers br Pension br Life assurance br Career-enhancing training br br The Service Manager Role br Your focus is on supporting and managing the teams who deliver care within the supported living service and ensuring that high-quality person centred support is consistently provided. br Take responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes within the service br Ensuring through auditing that all care documentation is up to date and is reflective of each individuals needs br Dealing with any safeguarding br Ensure that when peoples care needs change that they are re-assessed, and new contracts put in place to meet peoples needs. br Work with your manager to develop and grow the service br Deputise in the absence of the Complex Care Manager br About you br Youll need to be an experienced Deputy Manager / Supported Living Manager / Service Manager of a regulated care service before - such as a care home or supported living service. br Youll be driven by a passion to deliver services for people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities that are truly-person centred and make a difference to peoples lives. br Ideally, youll hold QCF level 5 qualification in Leadership of Social Care but if not, as long as you are willing to work towards it, we can consider you. br Youll be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of CQC standards, and legislation relevant to managing social care. br br Interested? xjlbheb To be considered for the Service Manager role, please click apply to submit your CV to Laura at Thendon Resourcing and well be in touch within 1-2 business days to discuss your application. br Please dont delay getting your application across - we are looking to interview for this role ASAP
