What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the go-to coordination point for the sales team, ensuring customer enquiries, quotes, and orders move efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Preparing and issuing quotations, processing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaising with customers to provide updates, schedule appointments, and ensure a first-class service experience.
  • Working closely with technical and service teams to organise machine deliveries, installations, and follow-up actions.
  • Supporting sales reporting, CRM updates, and general commercial administration.
  • Helping the team stay ahead of demand by coordinating stock information, product availability, and lead times.
  • Contributing to a positive, energetic office environment where teamwork and customer focus are central.
