The Role
  • Responsible for a portfolio of national EV charging installation and upgrade frameworks.
  • Projects range from installation of EV charging points, involving electrical and civil engineering works to the upgrading of existing infrastructure to meet demand.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of projects through from initial assessment of grid availability and requirements, through to undertaking full turnkey installation including connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Contributing to compliance with commercial processes and procedures.
  • Producing and presenting detailed CVRs and forecasts, implementing required actions as required.
  • Timely identification and mitigation / communication of programme risks.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Working closely with internal and subcontractor teams, to ensure customer needs are met and that we are providing the best possible service.

What We\'re Looking For
  • 5+ years experience in a commercial or quantity surveying role.
  • Solid working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts (client, consultancy, or contractor side).
  • Experience managing live projects (ideally in utilities, infrastructure).
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline.
