The Role
- Responsible for a portfolio of national EV charging installation and upgrade frameworks.
- Projects range from installation of EV charging points, involving electrical and civil engineering works to the upgrading of existing infrastructure to meet demand.
- Managing the full lifecycle of projects through from initial assessment of grid availability and requirements, through to undertaking full turnkey installation including connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
- Contributing to compliance with commercial processes and procedures.
- Producing and presenting detailed CVRs and forecasts, implementing required actions as required.
- Timely identification and mitigation / communication of programme risks.
- Building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Working closely with internal and subcontractor teams, to ensure customer needs are met and that we are providing the best possible service.
What We\'re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in a commercial or quantity surveying role.
- Solid working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts (client, consultancy, or contractor side).
- Experience managing live projects (ideally in utilities, infrastructure).
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline.
