We are seeking Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to support our clients' pivotal projects. This role is instrumental in delivering end-to-end commercial and cost control services for transformational projects that support the UK's energy transition and Defence strategy. Projects can be either Nuclear, Carbon, Renewable Energy, Power, Net Zero, or Transmission, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights.
Drive value engineering and cost optimisation strategies in alignment with project and client needs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with client teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Mentor and guide junior cost professionals while contributing to the continuous improvement of cost management practices.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience in cost management or quantity surveying within energy, renewables, hydrogen, carbon capture, or Defence sectors.
- Degree or HNC qualification in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline.
- Strong commercial and contract management skills, especially within NEC frameworks.
- Track record in consultancy environments or client-facing roles, capable of steering project success.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic delivery settings.
