Are you an experienced HCPC-registered podiatrist looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded private podiatry clinic in Henley-on-Thames as a Lead Podiatrist, working within an existing patient base while helping to shape the next phase of the clinic's growth. We are seeking a confident and experienced podiatrist who enjoys managing more complex cases, mentoring colleagues, and delivering exceptional patient care. This is an established clinic with a strong reputation, offering the opportunity to build upon an already successful service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload including routine and more complex podiatric conditions
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Providing clinical leadership and support to fellow podiatrists, Foot Health Practitioners and assistants
  • Supporting the development of clinical standards, policies and procedures
  • Delivering high-quality patient care within a busy clinic environment
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
  • Contributing to service development and future growth of the clinic
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term patient relationships
