On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Pipeline Manager Inside IR35 for a contract ending in January 2027 with travel 2 days a week in either Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham Homes England, the government's housing and regeneration agency, plays a central role in tackling the housing challenges the country now faces. As a Pipeline Manager, your main responsibilities will be: * To support the Head of Pipeline Management to embed the Single Pipeline as the single source of projects for all supply-side programmes. * Take day-to-day responsibility for improving and maintaining the integrity of the data in the Single Pipeline through direct engagement with project managers and those teams providing delivery support * To ensure that the management of all pipeline-related activity is undertaken with reference and adherence to relevant business processes, providing support and guidance where necessary. * To ensure that at all times, up-to-date, comprehensive, business-led guidance (working with wider DES colleagues), support and MI is available for project managers and other colleagues (such as Performance / senior leadership). * To work closely with the Approval Operations team in DES to ensure alignment of pipeline and investment decision-making processes to enable efficient and effective fund delivery to support partner and place priorities. Essential: * Significant experience in working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, involving operational delivery and/or programme management. * Experience in pipeline management * Demonstrable engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively. * Experience in Excel (Proficient) AND PowerBI * Public sector experience Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
