Job Description Senior Infrastructure Engineer \n Gloucester | Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite | eDV Clearance Required \n Frontier Resourcing is partnering with a leading defence technology organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a permanent position based in Gloucester . \n The Role \n As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design, deployment and support of secure infrastructure solutions across complex programmes. Working within an Agile environment, you'll help maintain operational systems while contributing to the delivery of new capabilities. \n Investigate and resolve infrastructure, network and application issues. \n Support system installation, maintenance and ongoing improvements. \n Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to deliver successful outcomes. \n Essential Skills: \n \n Experience working within Agile, Scrum or DevOps environments. \n Strong background in infrastructure or systems engineering across the full project lifecycle. \n Linux administration and deployment. \n Experience supporting enterprise server, storage and desktop infrastructure. \n Ability to take ownership of technical work packages and collaborate with project teams. \n \n Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS \n Windows Server and Active Directory \n VMware vSphere / ESXi \n Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) \n Docker and Kubernetes \n AWS and/or Azure \n Atlassian toolset \n Concourse CI/CD \n Elasticsearch / Kibana \n Apache Kafka \n Helm \n MongoDB \n Enterprise web applications and services \n TOGAF, MODAF or model-based systems engineering \n Networking monitoring and Red Hat migrations \n What's on Offer \n \n Excellent salary, bonuses and comprehensive benefits package \n Opportunity to work on cutting-edge national security and defence programmes \n Long-term career development within a growing engineering environment \n Relocation package available (up to £8k) \n \n Please note: Due to the sensitive nature of the work, applicants must hold current UK eDV Security Clearance to be considered. \
