Location:Bromley / Hayes South East London / Kent
Salary:£34,000 - 38,000
This long-established Country Club style operation are currently going through a radical change programme and are looking to double their business over the next two years. They are currently looking for Senior Chef De Partie or Senior CDP to play a major part in delivering to their vision. This role will suit a CDP or established Senior Chef De Partie that will bring experience of delivering high standard function and event catering.
As the Senior Chef De Partie, you will be bringing innovation, quality and attention detail. The Junior Sous Chef will run banqueting to a high level: dinners of 200+ and events of up to 500. We are looking for aquality hands onSenior Chef De Partiewho is not only creative and passionate about delivering outstanding cuisine but also a strong inspirational character who thrives on change and improvement. The Senior Chef De Partie bring energy, vision, and the ability to elevate standards across all catering services.
Ideal Senior Chef De Partieprofile:
- Proven experience as a Senior CDP, Senior Chef De Partie, CDP or Sous Chef with experience in conference and banqueting
- Strong background in managing both staff dining and hospitality
- Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about food trends
- Confident managing budgets, stock, suppliers, and compliance
