If you have Strategic Account Management exposure at an enterprise level and experience within Supply Chain Finance / Trade Finance or Working Capital Finance - You Should Apply NOW!

  • Existing Client Sales
  • Managing relationships with customers from Year 1+
  • Build and maintain client knowledge, ensuring all key stakeholders and decision-makers are identified
  • Regular communication with clients and internal sales team to ensure buyer needs are handled effectively and efficiently - acting as key point of contact.
  • Track and evaluate program performance against external and internal expectations; report findings to senior members to ensure revenue / cash-flow is achieved.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews to evaluate results and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the execution of strategic account plans, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • General
  • Develop an understanding of our clients' software and service offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems
  • Contribute to the development of client pricing proposals and business documentation and ensure they align with company guidelines.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives.
  • Participate in industry conferences and training sessions to build knowledge and represent the company.
