- Existing Client Sales
- Managing relationships with customers from Year 1+
- Build and maintain client knowledge, ensuring all key stakeholders and decision-makers are identified
- Regular communication with clients and internal sales team to ensure buyer needs are handled effectively and efficiently - acting as key point of contact.
- Track and evaluate program performance against external and internal expectations; report findings to senior members to ensure revenue / cash-flow is achieved.
- Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews to evaluate results and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the execution of strategic account plans, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

- Develop an understanding of our clients' software and service offerings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems
- Contribute to the development of client pricing proposals and business documentation and ensure they align with company guidelines.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives.
- Participate in industry conferences and training sessions to build knowledge and represent the company.
