Senior Architectural Technician to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £40,000 - £50,000 DOE. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with Hybrid working.
Experience running construction projects on site in RIBA stages 1-7.
- Proficient in both REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Competence to carry out the Principal Designer role under CDM and Building.
- Proven skills with demonstrable experience in complex projects.
- Project tendering.
- Checking drawings/information to ensure quality remains as high as possible.
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays increases with service.
Pension, Mileage Allowance, Healthcare Cover Scheme, Professional Subscription Fees.
Must be conversant with all packages in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe and Revit.
