As a Retrofit Assessor, you'll play a crucial role in helping homeowners access ECO 4 funding to improve their property, save money and reduce their carbon footprint. You'll be responsible for conducting initial property viability surveys to assess their suitability for retrofitting with energy-saving measures.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all surveys meet high standards, gathering necessary supporting evidence, and uploading information to our CRM promptly.
  • Fill out paperwork meticulously for smooth internal review.
  • Maintain open communication with office teams for seamless project flow.
  • Stay current with industry standards and keep customers informed about survey requirements.
  • Lodge on time and keep your CPD training up-to-date.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, reporting any deviations to management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for our quality, environmental, and health & safety systems.
  • Embrace training opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Navigate software with ease.
  • Identify potential health & safety issues and assess property suitability for retrofitting.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Level 4 in Retrofit Assessment (Required)
  • Level 3 in Domestic Energy Assessment (Required)
  • Communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Produce comprehensive, clear and accurate floor plans
  • ECMK Accreditation (Nice to have but non essential)
  • CoreLogic Software Knowledge (Nice to have but not essential)
