Salary: Basic Salary + Commission | OTE £40,000 - £50,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer of premium home furniture and décor who is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor (Furniture) to join their growing team. Due to continued success and expansion, this market-leading company is undergoing significant growth. As a Retail Sales Advisor (Furniture), you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while maximising sales and developing your career in a high-performing environment. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice to help customers find the perfect products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Generate new sales through proactive engagement and product recommendations
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to become a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth store operations and a great customer experience

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, ideally in furniture or home décor retail, is an advantage but not essential

As a Retail Sales Advisor (Furniture), you will receive a competitive salary package, including a basic wage and uncapped commission – offering realistic OTE earnings of £40,000 to £50,000. You will be working most weekends with 1 weekend in 6 weeks off; however, weekends are where you earn most of your commission.
