Electrical Supervisor – FM, Critical Site – £48,000 Per Annum We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and manage operations on a critical site within Facilities Management (FM). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership role in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment! Key Details: Salary: £48,000 Per Annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Role Split: 50/50 between hands-on (tools) and off-tools supervisory work Team Leadership: Lead a team of 8 engineers Critical Site Experience within FM Qualifications & Experience: Level 3 Electrical Qualification with 18th Edition certification is essential Low Voltage experience is ideal, but if you don’t have it, we will support you in gaining the qualification Previous experience in Facilities Management or on Critical Sites is highly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills The Role: As an Electrical Supervisor on a critical FM site, you will manage and oversee a team of 8 engineers, ensuring that all electrical systems and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely.
