Job Opportunity: Planner Location: RHP Homes, 8 Waldegrave Road, Teddington Hourly Rate: £17.00 Start Date: ASAP End Date: Until the end of April 2025 (temp-to-perm potential) Position Highlights: Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) No Overtime Office-Based RoleKey Requirements: Basic DBS Required Experience in Repairs/Housing Sector PreferredRole Responsibilities: As a Planner, you’ll be the vital link between our team and our customers, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently across all communication channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your key responsibilities include: Handling customer queries from start to finish, providing an excellent customer experience. Supporting customers in accessing services online. Triaging jobs according to contract scope to assign accurate service levels. Ensuring booked appointments are met, monitoring work volumes daily, and optimizing resource use.
