The home is being launched by an experienced Directors team with strong knowledge of the children's care sector and a clear commitment to creating an exceptional environment for the children and staff who will become part of the service.

The property secured is expected to operate as a 3-bed home, providing the successful candidate with a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a new service and shape its culture, standards and approach from the outset.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home through its registration and into operation, taking responsibility for establishing a high-quality, compliant and nurturing service. You will:

  • Lead the development and launch of the new children's home

  • Experienced Deputy Managers who are ready to take their first step into Registered Management
