We are looking for an experienced contractor to take on a Change Manager role for a global organisation providing change management expertise to a WMS implementation project. The project is in flight and the Change Manager will be responsible for executing the change plan, working closely with warehouse staff to ensure successful system adoption and go live.

The role requires an experienced contractor with a background in managing change across complex technology implementation projects allied with excellent stakeholder and user engagement skills. The role also requires a strong execution and delivery focus. Previous experience of WMS and/or logistics technology implementation projects is highly desirable. Proven application of change management frameworks such as PROSCI/ADKAR is required for this exciting role.
