Job Description
Due to continued growth, a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their commercial team at their Hampshire head office.
This business delivers a wide range of residential infrastructure works, from bulk earthworks through to complex civil engineering packages, and has a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and investing in its people.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager / Director, you will be responsible for surveying and estimating groundworks packages across new-build residential projects.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the commercial point of contact for surveying and estimating matters on projects

Assist with the preparation, submission, and agreement of tenders and contract submissions

Support the commercial team with project variations, claims, and design changes

Prepare project forecasts, cost plans, and commercial reports
