An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a regional brickwork subcontractor on a full-time, permanent basis in Waterlooville. In this role, you will be responsible for managing brickwork and scaffolding packages, from £300K to £1M, working alongside national house builders.

Quantity Surveyor Duties:

  • Measurements and planning.
  • Working from a schedule of rates and submitting quotes for approval.
  • Organisation of labour and suppliers.
  • Site visits and inspections across the South.
  • Stakeholder management, maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Performance monitoring customer satisfaction, quality surveys.
  • Variations, valuations and invoicing.

Quantity Surveyor Specification:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management would be desirable.
  • Experience with brickwork.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Commercial awareness.
