  • Managing product quality for a key tropical fruit category, ensuring compliance with retail customer requirements
  • Lead product audits, quality checks, and compliance assessments in a packing environment

Key Requirements

  • Experience in product quality management within the Fresh Produce sector, ideally with a focus on Fruit, Exotics, Tropical categories
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and retail customer requirements in the Fresh Produce sector
  • Proven track record in managing product quality in a Packhouse, 3rd Party Packing, or similar environment
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of product quality

Salary: £35-40k per annum, depending on experience
