- Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and retail customer requirements in the Fresh Produce sector
- Proven track record in managing product quality in a Packhouse, 3rd Party Packing, or similar environment
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of product quality
