- Knowledge of packhouse operations and third-party packing facilities, particularly in the distribution of short shelf-life products.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, compliance, and the expectations of retail customers.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while upholding high product quality standards.
